It was -18 here this morning. Also a natural gas pumping station blew up last night. All our phones went off with an emergency alert to turn our furnaces down to 65 or less. They didn’t want to have rolling cut offs for gas. Crazy stuff.:astonished:

Our furnace always goes down to 65 at night. Saves money and besides, you’re asleep under the covers.:grin:

(He actually got done early today, so yay!)

He can’t get groceries right even with me standing there and telling him which thing to get.

Heck, I forgot to grab chapstick and asked him to pick up one of two very specific kinds. He came back with a third option I didn’t ask for, simply because “that’s all they had!” :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

That’s not quite the way that specific scenario played out for me…

In the beginning, the now ex-wife did all the laundry. She did it the way she had always done the laundry. I took issue with her habit of putting socks and underwear (specifically, my socks and underwear) in their respective drawers unfolded. A discussion ensued and, when it became as heated as she needed it to be, she folded her arms and said, “Fine, if you don’t like the way I do it, then do it yourself.”

As soon as I replied, “Fine, I will!”, we both knew she had won. I have done my own laundry ever since. :laughing:

Yesterday was a pretty decent day. Woke up to a gift of Hogrus. I mean that mount is awesome. We all hit walk and just strut around the pyramid haha. Last night we finally broke on through to the other side and got past the blockade.

Then we made our way past Jaina. In typical guild fashion of chaos, we were down to a tank who ran to my dead body. Jaina was
. 2% away from defeated. I ahnk and right as the tank dies and she turns my way to one shot me I hit first and she is defeated.

Then we did Heroic, got through Gronk, where another similar rez defeated him haha.
