Is it really a solo queue if their whole raid is in the battleground?
I was their. We almost summoned Ivus, but the Horde always had someone interupt the summoning.
They were alone. Full on pug.
Now to wait for the other 36 people, claiming that it was a solo queue as well.
Cryptids League is a good group of people overall. They have some bad apples, but that is to be expected with any large group. Cases of extreme toxicity which are often tolerated by many guilds are actually dealt with quickly in CL.
Most of the discontent with this group stems from disagreement over particular leadersâ tactics, which shouldnât provide a basis for most of these comments about CL.
The shaman Cryptids has repeatedly demonstrated an interest in promoting World PvP, which is something that should be applauded.
I doubt we need to promote large-scale wpvp, rather a concerted effort towards encouraging wpvp in a fashion where smaller groups of 15-20 can engage without causing the server to lag.
To me, CL and some horde as well as alliance guilds in my own server are symbolic of an attitude towards wpvp that needs to disappear. It is strictly unfun, when one group with overwhelming numbers can sit and press 1 button a minute, due to the severe lag, until the other group wipes out.
I believe it is incumbent on wpvp leaders to usher in this change of attitude, and strictly control their own numbers in an effort to promote positive, smaller scale wpvp, where tactics actually matter and target-calling is possible.
Iâve had 20v20s with CL, both arranged and organic.
Just to be clear, are we bragging now about solo queuing for AV and winning?
If so, Iâve got a lot of catch up posts to do. Iâll have to reschedule some things tonight.
Yeah bud, try winning epics on alliance. Get back to me later.
Play Horde, carnale.
I have a 120 horde but I like being the underdog like when Santana and JD were locked up in juvy.
Was in a av with these guys, was nice to have someone organise the group.
Ended up farming them for hundreds of hks.
People need to stop being so self-centered. You are one of, what, hundreds of thousands of players in WoW? Just because you donât see it doesnât mean itâs not there.
So is running from one flight path to another a strategy?
If its strategical, yes. Most of the times though, its not strategical.
strat¡e¡gy
/ËstradÉjÄ/
noun
- a plan of action or policy designed to achieve a major or overall aim.
But what was the overall goal, just to run away?
You guys get Toxicity thrown at you because you run around supporting very toxic groups Hellfire is a good example (Iâll also refrain from using names.) THE ED based PvP groups have a solid player base which completely counters a majority if not all Alliance raids.
What Iâm saying is Cryptids itself may not be Toxic, but some of the raids they come in to support are, and you know that lovely quote, âYou are who you hangout with.â
P.S. Iâve also been toxic at times myself but I definitely wasnât the antagonist in the situation, and it was definitely provoked : P
Blizzard Logic to fix lag = Sharding more people or completely port people out sadly. I hate the sharding system. I wouldnât mind Large WPvP raids if they were actually playable.
Thatâs clearly why they like to send us racist and homophobic messages, cause they are just such a solid player base.
Maybe heed your own words there.
