Thanks Esfand, Asmond, etc. Way to think it thru. What good did it do for you to go RP-PvP? How are you benefitting? On the flipside, we all know the consequences to the RP-PvP realm community.

well guess im not playing with my friends.
so i had to work last night. my entire guild is on this server. and now i can’t join them. great.

you can not make horde there either.

Based on what the dev said on reddit, I wouldn’t expect that to happen soon.

Then again, they also said they wouldn’t add a new realm and backtracked on that statement 1 hour later, so who knows at this point.
Maybe, but this is also the team that, during wrath prelaunch, locked Sulfuras and left it locked till the server died. It went from full, to around 40 players.

Honestly no… When I catch a Asmongold video on YouTube all I see is a bunch gibberish scrolling by so fast that you could never read it…

Perhaps things will be different. Blizzard is trying at least. A week from now this won’t even be an issue, but people are lacking patience. People want things to instantly work “now” but that’s not reality. Blizzard is trying to listen. They aren’t perfect and they could mess up majorly, but who knows.
Will new players starting on Chaos Bolt at least be able to transfer to Crusader Strike later to play with friends and family?
It’s an unknown now but from what i’m seeing Blizz can keep a realm locked for a LONG time.
You and your friends might as well cut your losses and roll Chaos Bolt.

So I can’t play with my wife who bought game time today, I’ve been playing by myself on Crusader Strike, and she wanted to start a character here tonight. Awesome!

True story. Average response time for all of their various “server management” efforts across the lifespan of progressive Classic was SIX MONTHS. Too little too late. All the servers that probably wouldn’t have had to die if they had just done better. I know Earthfury, I was there too.
Hopefully SoD is better due to faction lock. People can’t just run the second their faction drops to 45% of the server.

Sounds like your friends need to re-roll with you on chaos bolt if they want to play with you. If they don’t, are they really your friends?

Will it be getting changed soon? my whole guild is on crusader strike and because of real life stuff i couldnt hop on to make a character. Should i just give up on season of discovery completely or is crusader gonna be opening soon im not gonna play on a random realm without my guild no point in playing alone for me because the game bores me if i cant play with guildies
