The fuss is about the fact that they didn’t give guilds/communities enough time to effectively organize where they would be able to play because Blizzard didn’t release server information soon enough before launch.
The fuss is about the fact that guilds/communities/friends are now separated because anyone who was not able to play on launch is now no longer able to join them on CS. Anyone who was able to play on launch shouldn’t have to waste a day+ worth of play to reroll because of Blizzard’s incompetence.

If the ‘community members’ missing are important I’m sure guild ‘leadership’ will make the decision to reroll. It’s 3-4 hours of play being lost for most people.
If those ‘community members’ are not important well I expect a lot more of these forum posts 
It feels the same on Alliance too. I’m already seeing guild names from ED and Grobb.

While I agree Blizzard did a poor job at communicating, 1-2 days of leveling isn’t much in the grand scheme of things. Chaos Bolt feels like 2019 Grobbulus and is definitely worth re-rolling for.

nah the fuss is I tried to change my class and now I haven’t been able to play the game I purchased. My friends are already level 15 so i can’t play with them anymore. Its just a very sad situation

- Only play with IRL friends
- No ingame Friends
- All friends playing SoD
- None playing WotlK / HC / Retail
- No “attraction” for me to play WoW

Server needs to be unlocked…locking it within 24 hours is disgusting and something I’ve never seen before
4/6 of our players got into the server first night because they didn’t work, the other two weren’t available until Friday evening and by then it was already locked completely…I’d much rather wait in a que
At this time seems we are just going to quit, fractured our group and the hype is dying instantly
To all those saying re-roll…there is no other Central/East coast RP-PVP server and none of us want to play on 80+ ping…when the ping in Crusader Strike is sub 10ms
If it’s not unlocked before the weekend ends, consider more people gone… embarrassing that this is an issue in 2023 with a billion dollar company, so greedy and no respect for the working class per usual

You should do something to remedy all the people who followed 1 person and screwed the server , on purpose mind you, this wasn’t an accident.
Let people create accounts , friends who want to play with eachother are all split up because of 1 person wanting a christmas bonus with 3 million youtube views to get banned from the Server.

I’m on East Coast and have been playing on Grobbulus since day 1. 80 ping isn’t a big deal, not even for raiding.
Crusader strike no longer has a queue… it should be unlocked. Let people play with their friends.

Just like all of the other people in this thread my IRL friends were working during launch and only could start playing this weekend… server locked Blizzard is seriously terrible

This sucks everyone I had planned on playing with choose crusader strike to play on and because i had to do an extra work day I don’t have access for the whole weekend… Do we have any chance to play on that realm in the next few days?

Probably not Aggrend tweeted the following when they locked it.
“We are unlikely to lift this lock anytime soon, so we’d advise you to make a character on a different realm that is not as full if you want to play. This is again part of the pain and discomfort that we described when we said we’d actively manage realms.”
Every realm lock I’ve seen since I started playing wow has always been months. I’m really hoping they realize how dumb this decision was and that it really is only temporary. He’s getting a lot of hate for it on twitter, even has posts after that saying he has had to block people because its getting so much attention and people aren’t happy.
