So not respecting somebodies invested time and effort is smart 100% of the time? I understand being cautious but if you don’t let a star trial roll on loot against veteran officers youre just in the wrong and you don’t even realize it.
No- there’s a rogue in here saying it’s fine to roll on hypnotic blade- and there’s another thread where warriors are encouraging other warriors to roll on caster staves, and people are agreeing with the warriors.
That’s the mentality of rogues/warriors. That every weapon is theirs to roll on- and for warriors/pallies, that they get dibs on plate, mail, leather and even cloth and will happily roll on cloth drops over a mage/priest/lock. Ironic that they’re the ones actually fulfilling the huntar weapon meme at this point.
well if a rogue trial was new but had an awful bow and an epic bow with +15 agility drops he deserves to roll against the hunters if he put in an acceptable effort to the raid team.
Because its an upgrade for your character, you should always /roll for yourself , and pass on it later if you really wanted too. Paladins literally ask for cloth from mages doesn’t make them wrong, it has intellect and plate rarely does.
youd be surprised how many people call hunters or shamans ninjas for needing on the fang leather set in /1 barrens chat and say blacklist this shaman he needed on a blue leather chest!!! they don’t know how vanilla stat / gearing works.
Ive seen so many ignore this hunter for needing on weapon/leather set already and the guy argued the fang set regenerates mana on healing spells or w/e so that means he doesn’t get a fair chance at a roll. if the dude put in the effort of the dungeon then he gets a /roll . that’s my opinion
