With cross server guilds coming in The War Within, will it be possible for a guild master to transfer servers using a guild transfer, and the rest of the guild remain in guild and on the original server?
Likely there will be more information once this feature is ready to release.

I’m afraid there is very limited information available on what features are coming in the War Within expansion just yet, and not something that Customer Support would be able to answer prior to an official release.
As the others mentioned, we’ll likely see more information become available further into development and testing of the expansion. The Game Developers usually release various blogs that cover new dungeons, zones, features, etc… as we go.
