Cross faction games will kill PVP for good; if que sync exploit is not fixed first

I actually saw a “spy” just last night in an AV. One of our guys claimed he had an alt on the Horde side and was telling us in chat what they were doing. This was Alliance pugs vs. what I think was a Horde premade.

Still, that kinda thing’s gotta be pretty rare.

Cross faction will work better than without.

Less time waiting in queues to play makes me less annoyed when I get into a bad game.

Its like the chicken and the egg man… Nearly every single game will then be a “bad game”… You’ll spend “less time waiting” for a continuous dumpster fire of mass exploitation that will become laughable instantaneously…

Hey, are you the same guy that hangs outside the courthouse with the “End is near!” sign?
You are giving off similar vibes.

Unfortunately there are communities that play during times of day/night when there aren’t any other opposite faction communities to counter them. So yeah, I don’t understand how that’s fun.

But it comes down to people having to choose between playing the side that’s getting stomped ad nauseam or playing the side that’s doing the stomping. What’s the logical choice? Is it even a choice?

Not trying to defend it but trying to show how this is the sad state of the game for certain times of day. It has always been on blizz to fix. Until they do, the choice seems obvious, apart from simply not playing.

No, I’m someone who is actually capable of critical thinking, logic and deduction and I’m an expert at weighing those attributes against what premade clowns will do once given new exploits to take advantage of.

If Blizzard actually investigated reporting on intentional bad game play when it’s reported and started suspending / banning accounts who are reported, then cross faction jerks who intentionally sabotage game play wouldn’t do what you’re suggesting they will if cross faction goes live, and even now I’m not convinced your “sky is falling” scenario would realistically happen. Even if it did at least queue times would be much faster so you could get through a bad game quicker.

I personally would like to see cross faction queues and more punishment for intentional bad gameplay.

dude, we dont do anything like that, lol…you do realize that bg enemies are a thing right? they just recently fixed nameplates so everybody knows where you’re at now instead of using pings.

Only community that i can think of that does what you described for their own entertainment would be bsg. :dracthyr_shrug: :dracthyr_shrug:

You’re not getting it… The spies are telling the premade in real time over coms where the pug team is going to go before they even move because they’re reading the chat discussion and relaying it to the preamade. So before the pug nameplates even start heading anywhere, the premade already knows where to start heading and are in route…

tell me what community is doing that? horde has always been known to troll folks

This is the problem with que/sync cheating, it opens up a whole new can of worms… Instead of just playing the game, pugs now have to be investigative journalists figuring out which premades are doing what and which fully geared, 1900 CR Monk spy is only doing 2 million in heals on their pug team over the course of an entire Ashran etc. It’s all just a giant mess…

Premade communities will continue finding ways to exploit the game. If they really want to, they’ll adapt to cross-faction teams.

When queues pop, they can have one person from each party join the game to see which team they’re on. Drop queue decisions can be made after they have that info.

They can queue with more people knowing a portion of them won’t be joining each game.

In the end, the only thing that premade raiders really care about is suspensions/bans. They’ll find countermeasures for everything else.

BINGO… ^ Someone that gets it… It will be just like the old school premades of yore like the IOC bloodthirsty groups. They’ll have 150 people sitting in que and then sit back and always have the advantage and a nearly full group no matter what even after cross faction. It’ll be, okay well, our best dmg made it into the ally team along with 30 of our players and the horde team only got 24 of our players and not our best, so you premade homies on the horde team either stay and spy for us, or just drop… or even better, just run around and AFK as this Wintergrasp is going to be over in 2 min & 10 seconds because were on offense so don’t get deserter. Cross faction will be an absolute MESS and total calamity. The current premades will start joining together after cross faction, just as it was during the bloodlust IOC years… That’s how you’ll get the 100+ numbers queuing at once like with the blood thirsty groups even this late in the game.

https://youtu.be/WNJiAV6VKpA?si=4xQ2R5gfKcWHf0Gx good video, Have nice day

u think those comms have 150 active players at once? LMAO

you truly think 20% of a community, who’s there for free wins and conquest, will soak a deserter (which should be account wide and doubled btw) for some meat popsicle’s epic bg winrate?

The bloodthirsty IOC groups had hundreds in coms awaiting instructions…

the year is 2024 if you havent heard

It’s so odd and strange how so many people lack critical thinking nowadays… Scary really.

You’re absolutely deluded about the very game you’re playing, horrified about a boogeyman that you have yet to even share a sliver of proof outside of some whacky fan-fiction you wrote, thinking it has a shred of validity because you put quotation marks in it.

It genuinely would not shock me if you think our planet is flat, and that the vaccine is a microchip implant

There’s a simple solution to sync queueing and its cross faction with stricter deserter penalties, the lack of 100% wins will cause the communities to wither and die (or relocate to war games). The fact you cannot understand this is simply irreparable. Go shout about warcraft factions on facebook.
