Why can horde and alliance understand eachother in the WoW movie but in game they cant? I wish we had cross faction communication already because after watching the movie my immersion is really broken
They all had those potions from Dalaran.
Even if they add cross faction communication, I’d speak to them in Taurahe so they still cant understand.
Elixir of tongues.
People from opposing factions in the same group and/or guild should have fewer restrictions.
Like, yesterday I tried to offer a portal to a guildie (who’s Alliance) on my mage and he couldn’t even use the portal, even though we were in the same party.
There’s a workaround for that. Go to ruby life pools with your friend and do the portal in there.
Those were a profitable niche market, before region-wide AH killed it
Pretty sure they tried that in early Vanilla or Vanilla-beta and it turned out to be an absolute train wreck.
Thanks. Good to know. Still, I think this restriction shouldn’t exist if you’re in the same party. All the friendly interactions should be available for people in the same party.
Lots of trash talking back in the first beta. That is why they made it so we can’t talk between factions, because a few bad people ruined it for everyone else. Honestly I think it is time to get rid of that.
Also race restrictions to factions. If I want to play an Orc that is on alliance, or a Dwarf in the Horde…
Perhaps they were all actually speaking furbolg in the movie?
I made a derp move yesterday trying to legacy raid with the Alliance for Battle of Darzalor
I was like CROSS FACTION ENGAGE! But then I was like…oh yeah
I don’t think so
My point is that anyone who wants to participate in cross-faction communication with like-minded people now has a road open to them to at the cost of a small rep grind in the Azure Span. The furbolg language is available to everyone.
I mean like 1 commen language that is auto given to us. I can talk to ally in my group but the second we ungroup i cant? Makes no sense
Cuz its a movie, you know how movies are lol
Be honest with me. If they did try again, do you think it’d go better this time around? Or would it be just another train wreck?
Still mad that they stealth nerfed mage’s arcane linguist. Can understand a language but can’t speak it, what a joke.
Sherlok, just sayin’ I love your character name. It’s perfect
Ironically, they can understand each other in game— until I suddenly forget how with players.
