You’re talking about hundreds of thousands of people making independent decisions based off a variety of reasons. Individuals have zero control over the population of their servers, and blaming faction balance on the players is just plain silly. You act like a majority of players know that a server is inbalanced before creating a character there and playing on it. Inbalances in classic weren’t even apparent until phase 2 dropped several months in.

Eh, there’d still be issues with AH/raiding. RDF would help but people aren’t going to sit out half the xpac because their server dies every few months

We weren’t offered free transfers back to our home servers. That’s the problem.

It’s the principal idiot. Why does it cost $25 to transfer a character to begin with when Blizzard can offer free transfers for everyone right now?

If I end up in enough queues, I will just cancel the sub instead of transferring. I am tired of transferring to fix Blizzard’s inability to maintain servers. I already cancelled my 2nd account.
