Credit card problem

I’m having a simaler issue right now, even though I made a purchase with the EXACT same Pre paid Visa last month without a issue, I keep getting a error when trying to buy the pig mount now. I made another purchase this month elsewhere so think the issue is on Blizzard’s end in my case.

I’m a little confused. Are you trying to purchase something with this card or simply add it to your wallet? If it’s in the negative, you aren’t going to be able to use it on a purchase page, because it tries to validate the card then and there during processing. With a negative balance, it’s going to bounce.

I just tested the card on another site and it went threw fine, I was going to wait it out as the mount was just added not long ago but this might have to be the next step.

Does the card have an option to register it, Traay? Our systems usually check against the information we have on file. If that information is not available it may deny it. As the others recommended, if you continue to have an issue with the payment method please contact our Support staff directly. You can use the “Payment Failure” category, which should allow you to open a live chat or use the callback option.

It does look like the purchase attempts are failing, Rivalous, but I am not certain on why. Maybe doublecheck the expiration date and CVV code. If the issue persists please contact us directly so we can see what we can do.

And also verify that you have the funds available to cover the product plus taxes.

It processed fine on a purchase on another site afew minutes ago as I wanted to check to make sure the card itself wasn’t having a issue. I don’t think the date and the CVV is the cause otherwise it wouldn’t go threw over there.

I’ll wait abit and try again but may have to send the contact from the sound of it.

edit: It’s Rivalous by the way, not sure why it suddenly switch me to my alt ._.

I might just wait and buy a Bliizard card later. I was about to send a contact threw a web ticket as I rather not call but they wanted to send a text threw my phone which I’m kinda private about.

If the payment system won’t accept the visa card I’ll just pay for it threw a Balance Card.

Abit belated as I had trouble loging back into the forums, turns out I didn’t have my account set up to send texts or the phone I have on here wasn’t a cell phone.

I’m still considering getting a balance card for the mount later as it’ll be a quicker fix, especially as this is the only place the card doesn’t seem to want to work for some odd reason. If this keeps happening afterward or happens with other cards in the future, then I’ll try to get things set up to send a web mail your way.

Wanted to thank you for the suggestions though, I had a different MMO give up on me for a problem earlier so it’s made me appreciate the blues here more.

And so many people out there saying that every other MMO has better customer support and service… hmn. :thinking:

I would still strongly recommend reaching out now rather than later, because roundabout fixes may also present temporary problems when you need access to them most.
