IDK I’m just going to keep making posts about it I guess. We’re in the .7 patch and you still haven’t increased how often we get catalyst, please follow suit with prior patches.
There aren’t enough charges for all the mogs and it’s not like we have to worry about players having too much power from tier.

I know the frequency. In DF you could 9/9 a full set from LFR to mythic because by now they would have made it weekly. It’s an unnecessary nerf.
In fact they were making it weekly by the .5 patch.
they never did weekly charges in the first season
not in DF and not now
weekly will probably be season 2 but get your pieces now and you can use the catalyst infinitely on season 1 items come season 2
Catalyst was still extremely new and being figured out the first season. The precedent is there now from the following seasons. There’s nothing special about a S1 that should prevent weekly cata.
Having to jump through hoops when they could have just followed suit from something that was successul doesn’t make sense.

I’d rather not when there is quite literally a better alternative that has been in the game already.

Also that would mean I can’t upgrade them to link to the following tier appearance. Once the season ends you can’t upgrade gear. So I’d have to have 4 pieces for any slot I’m missing. That’s just bad.

get your x appearance now while also upgrading other pieces to the next tier to use in season 2
No you don’t seem to get it. You get an LFR piece, cata it, upgrade it to the breakpoint for champion track. 1 piece = 2 mogs.
I’ll just agree to disagree. You don’t value the mog, simplicity, or people’s time if you’re okay with the approach you’re suggesting.

They won’t be able to upgrade the S1 items in S2. They’d have to farm 4 different item levels of gear for that to work.

I get around the issue by having a 2nd paladin. I’ve already completed all 4 paladin tier colors and the two-handed raid weapons.
Yup, there are ways around it, but there shouldn’t have to be.
OP: can we have weekly Catalyst charges now that it’s not a power issue at the end of the season?
Forums: nah, no reason to make life easier, just do some convoluted stuff for next season.
