For some reason on my warlock (despite having the 32 slot soul shard bag) I cannot create more than 19 soul shards. Whenever I drain soul with 19 shards I get an error message “You cannot create anymore of that item”. WTH is going on. Making Algalon prog annoying with having to use 2-3 Shards a pull.

Do you have any bags hidden in your bank/inventory?
Yeah if you’re using bagnon you might have a bag turned off in the interface.
As others have said, you have shards hidden somewhere that’s adding up to the 32 limit.
The reason is soul shards are Unique (32), and in addition to the 19 you have in your soul bag, you’ve got 13 more elsewhere in your inventory or bank.
