I’m trying to create a blizzard account for my step daughter and I keep getting an error saying Sorry, but we cannot process your request at this time.
Is system overloaded or is something wrong on my end.
Try creating the account in your information. Your daughter can use the account and it can be transferred into her name when she gets older.

If its under her name and you are putting her age, if she younger than 13 i believe it wont allow her to have her own account.

Yep! You won’t have any issue playing together. You’ll just be on two different Blizzard accounts (email addresses).
