Crate Farming is GREAT and Shouldn't Be Removed or Nerfed

Which is exactly why Blizzard needs to consolidate shards in War Mode. My shard was often dead and I’d have to shard hop around just to find a fight. There are way too many shards in War Mode for the player base it has. It works fine with WM off since the population justifies it, but not with WM on.

Well, the BfA invasions were really no different than the Fyrakk Assaults or Dreamsurges we had in Dragonflight. The only PvP aspect was running into other players who were there which happened plenty with the other two I just mentioned in DF.

But this kind of ties back to what I’ve said before, Blizzard clearly hasn’t wanted to encourage WPvP this expansion. Most WPvP quests are shoved out in remote corners of the map and PvPers are lead away from areas of high interest. Midnight seems like it might change that a little with the new void zone, but I’m not holding my breath.

That’s the thing, once you finish the weekly sparks quest, there’s no incentive to go back to that zone. That’s exactly why it should be repeatable and cycle between zones. Why limit it to one zone per week? As it stands, you finish it once and then have no reason to return unless it’s the current patch zone like K’aresh.

Correct me if I’m wrong but Sparks of Life didn’t originally work this way in Dragonflight and it worked fine. You could get sparks from treasures or WPvP quests, but you mostly had to kill other players, loot bounties, and get crates for them. The only issue with the sparks back then were the Trophies of Strife. There was no catch-up mechanic for this if you missed a week or made a new alt. That was where this idea originally came from, making it repeatable and cycling zones.

Oh, it’d also be really nice if there were more than just two WPvP quests active at once. Even better, the zone that’s designated as the spark of life quest for the week should always have a WPvP world quest active.
