Crash in emerald dream, can’t log in HELP

Was doing the ysera emerald dream quest line and my internet connection went out fighting mobs. Now I can’t log that character in. Tried move character stuck option, didn’t work and I can’t use that for eight more hours. Sent a ticket in ( bad zone area 2556 ) fatal error crash .

My other characters are able to log in fine. Put in a ticket but it’s my mage solk. Please please at least move my character. I have raid in 4 hours and I really need to be there .

Not sure what else to do. I think he’s trying to log into a zone with errors in it as I think it’s a new quest line ( didn’t see it last week )

Please, please help

When there’s a sudden disconnect, sometimes your character stays “online” for a few minutes afterwards. Give it 10-15 minutes, then try again.

its been an hour. I think its 100% has to do with being in the emerald dream in that new scenerio with ysera. I doubt anyone would die there, but I lost my internet connection fighting 4 mobs. my char is in limbo and ITS FIRST RAID…

What error message are you getting?

If the Unstuck self-help option isn’t working I’d recommend submitting a Stuck ticket manually.

Those may take several hours to get to, but the ticket you did put in looks to be as a technical issue, which may take several days.

it tries loading ( it doesnt recognize any zone, the generic wow dwarf riding a gryphon ) then crashes me

A 134 error? That tends to be different. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps outlined in this support article?

yes i have tried the other solutions. I will try them again. Character legit just seems in limbo and other chars log in fine

Deleted cache and repairing now, like I said though my other characters log in , making me think that character is stuck

Were you able to resolve this? I have had the same issue for several days and have not gotten a response from blizz even after multiple tickets and don’t know what else to do.

Are you still having trouble, Arrowhawk? I show that your ticket was already answered and you appear to be online on that character, but I wanted to make sure.

Simply put! The blue posters here are tasked with this particular forum. They are not GMs who deal with tickets. Did you try the stuck character service?

I haven’t attended to any accounts. I simply looked at their ticket history and noticed they received a response and were online on the character they reportedly had trouble with.

Your tickets are in queue and will be addressed as soon as possible.

I am also experiencing this issue, and the unstuck service didn’t work.

It looks like you submit a stuck ticket so a Game Master can take a look, Pistolpete. That’s exactly what you need to do. :slight_smile:

I’m glad I submitted the correct ticket, and I appreciate the response, I’m just concerned at how long this will take to resolve, since Blizzard is very busy

Those types of tickets are handled pretty quickly on average thankfully. I would take a guess within a day or two.

I have the same problem with my main character (the others characters can log-in). Please help us, Blizzard!!! :man_facepalming:t2:
