I login and i cant use my crafting tables. completely no cursor use detail. as if its a inanimate object. Nor can i open my Tailoring Profession and go to the tab. says im not near a table

I’d first try relogging.
If that doesn’t help, a proper reset UI is probably in order. Even if it doesn’t help it can help rule out other things.
With WoW totally shut down, rename, delete or move your WTF Cache and Interface folders.
