As of this reset, I can no longer craft orders where mats are provided by the creator of said order. I have tested this with my own toons as well as with a few public orders.
If I send an order for a resilient smock with mixed mats, I cannot craft it. If I included no mats in the order, I was able to craft it.
If I send all mats in the order, this time for a life-bound belt, I was still not able to craft it. The exception to this seemed to be the public order for unstable elementium, where I was able to craft public orders where I provided all of the gemdust, but obviously not the soulbound reagent-- so it’s possible that this is limited to only non-soulbound reagents in general.
Edit: I tested the life-bound belt again, this time with only attaching the spark, the primal chaos, and the concentrated primal essence. Even with providing every non-soulbound part with my crafter toon, I was unable to make it, so it seems slightly inconsistent with what fails, but I haven’t had any issue filling orders by providing all mats for things that don’t require soulbound reagents yet.

Yep having the same issue here.
Also have the same issue too. Hope Blizzard fix it soon.
I was able to complete orders for bolts of wildercloth on my tailor using cloth provided by this character, so it is pretty inconsistent. Strange bug to be appearing after all this time.
Having similar issues with Alchemy.
I was able to craft a public order for Steaming Phial of Finesse, all but one item was the buyers.
However I’m unable to fulfill a personal order for an Alacritous Alchemist Stone, with all the buyer’s mats.
Experiencing the same issue with JC - I cannot craft anything using the public order system with other people’s mats. Given that 95% of the posts without mats are scam posts, this completely breaks crafting for some people.

Having the same issue with leatherworking.
Occurring for me as well, trying to fulfill an order for a cloth belt.
I’ve been able to fill some, but not others.
I think it might be recipes that use mats that will go away in S2, such as sparks, Chaos, Infusions
I am having this problem as well (jewelcrafting). I can make things for myself, but I can’t complete the personal order I was sent. Cast bar appears, and then fails.
Same issue here. Only difference is the item (Ring-bound Hourglass) was crafted but put into MY inventory, used my mats, did not complete the order or provide commission.
Any workarounds for this, or are we just screwed until Blizzard decides to stop being an indie company?
Can confirm that I’m able to do personal WOs when NO mats are supplied, but not when ALL of the mats are supplied. Have not tested whether I can complete them if SOME mats are supplied.
Same issue. Public WO with some mats do work. Personal WO with some or all is a no go.
Confirmed its broken… adding a post so this it hopefully noticed quicker.

All types of orders are broken for me.

I sent a personal order for a shovel worked perfectly fine… tried to craft a weapon for someone else and it doesn’t work.
