+1, can’t fill personal work orders. Jewelcrafter trying to craft Signet of Titanic Insight for several people, their mats supplied.
Same here. Unable to complete Public, guild nor Personal orders.
For me it does not seem to matter if mats provided/not provided. I completed 2 personal orders for different items, failed on 3 more personal orders for the same item as one I completed before (all mats provided all times), and cannot complete any public ones regardless of materials provided or not. Nor does it seem to matter if the materials are in my bags (of same * lvl) or not.
It’s very odd to me that blizz has yet to respond when Wowhead confirmed the issue almost 6 hrs ago. At minimum I expected we would get a blue post at this point acknowledging there is an issue.

I tried that earlier with some alloy crafts to finish the weekly on my blacksmith. It was broken if I supplied even a single mat for the craft. No mats was just fine.
Me too, it was broken for cannot craft with full mats for someone who order shawl, blizz need to fix it as soon as possible, on my server almost all crafter cannot full fill the order
Same issue, had it since reset this morning.
Mats or no mats, I am having no luck.
Yeah, whether I have the mats myself or not, I still can’t complete most orders.
Edit: Actually, I didn’t have a concentrated infusion of my own, so that could be it.
I Was able to first craft an Amice of the Blue via personal, with all mats provided by the other player, not my alt. Then unable to RC it when they forgot to add the infusion on the first order. I was able to make an illimited diamond via public, with all mats provided. have had no issues with Unstable elementium or basic crafts across any profession.

It’s been 8 hours by the way and not a single acknowledging post has been made. Absolute insanity.
They said something on the CS account on Twitter, replying to those who mentioned it on their forums down post.
I made a support ticket for the issue and in game had a crafting window open. It somehow force closed the crafting window while I was looking at the forums and now I can craft orders!
I found a way to fix the issue.
I had to reinstall the game.
I found a work around this morning with the help of the Wowhead community. If you have all the mats in your possession (can be in bank or reagent bag) at the exact same quality as what’s in the order, including any optional mats like missives, then you can get it to craft. Your mats won’t get used but for some reason it’s using them to check whether you can craft the recipe or not. Your mileage may vary, but I tested this with inscription treatises and JC lariats.

For you guys who still cant craft, try to repair your game it will help
I can’t speak for everyone but it has been working for me now so maybe they fixed it. I was finally able to do the stone upgrades for a guildy (they sent mats cause BOP) as well as work orders for alts where mats were sent along with the order and it all worked fine.
