I realize its not two way…which is a bummer…but if your hearthstone is down to 10CD with the enchant, every ten minutes you can hearth back to your covenant base, port over to Oribos and fly out to other zones from there.
It at least saves the travel time TO oribos.
Toss in some extra time savings with the SL wormhole with a 15 min CD that allows you to port to oribos and youre mobile as probably possible in this expansion.
Plus I don’t think the travel network in each zone to it’s 3 main hubs has a cool down or recharging period…so insta zone speed nearly given how the zones are laid out in most covenant realms.
Shaman don’t even need an enchant. We have Astral Recall.

Yeah…the local zone ports in our covenant lands is pretty awesome too. Very convenient.
… just something that shoulda been baked in w/o a grind
… just like a “dalaran” style stone to go to the covenant and not ruin your hearth location
… just like a portal to the other zones instead of 10 min fly patterns that encourage you to go do something else for a while
… just like flying that should be unlockable in the first release, not the 1-2 year later mark
And I still think that thinking all of this is “necessary” is simply to cover up lack of content, but there IS content, so why the junk?

Agreed. 10k anima for that last stage was sadistic.
5k was more than enough.
Theyve made me hate anima grinding so much at this point that I just aint doing it anymore. I’ll run the quests I enjoy and ignore the others.
They went full tilt mental ward on the anima costs for most of the stuffyou can spend it on.

big part of why I took engineering…well THE biggest reason…is the wormholes.
Not as mobile as mage, but dang impressive when you add in the druid mobility and Dreamwalk.

What would have been nice is a hearth stone to your covenant HQ that shares the CD with your main hearth stone.
It’s that portal Oribos, fly to covenant routine that gets really old.

Im using the wormhole and HS both a lot to keep from running back. Some of those distances can take time with all the obstacles blocking the way to a flight master.
Just set your hearth to your covenant sanctum, i have tier 1 transport system and it takes me 1 minute to get from my sanctum to oribos.

Two months in and countless hours of farming there is a convoluted work-a-round to them removing flight whistle?
Jeez good thing they spent all that time developing the covenant travel system instead of changing up crafting or dungeons specific affixes for M+.
Can you imagine? NOT having a portal to oribos separate from your hearthstone and having a crafting mini-game to increase the quality of crafted items would have just been AWFUL 
Thats what I do.
Back to the covenant HQ then if I need to go to oribos use the portal…and fly out from there to the other zones.
Does save time overall. Good to have the wrist enchant (Shaded Hearthing) to reduce the HS CD to 10 minutes. Makes a huge difference.

Use it, port to Org is right around the corner, port to Oribos is two steps away. Next best thing to a port to Oribos.
