I’ve been having the same issue consistently since I recently resubbed to the game. I decided to put in a ticket about it today, but now I have forum access again before the ticket was answered.
had same issue. on firefox. now can only post on two characters.

Now I can only access my Classic characters. So glad my ticket is still open.

I got the same error for the first april (and no, it’s not a joke 
).
Having same dang issue myself…they lost all my characters…then claimed I was silenced. then said I didn’t have a paid account then I had to have a level 10 to post then this character finally showed up about 30 mins ago…its crappy crappy…
Couldn’t post for the last 2 days. Getting so fed up with this issue.

Are they even looking into this problem? For me it’s gone from once a month to 3 times a month now. It’s getting worse!!
Please fix it already or at least remove the ‘trust system’ since some of us can’t even log in.
Also, this has never worked for me. Nothing works for me. I’m just locked out for the full day. And it’s happening multiple times per month.

This is very frustrating. I have had this issue since last year where my characters are gone and I am unable to post. I have my browser set to clear my cookies on exit at home but if the cookies remain I have no problem login.
