Could not change race for character

Hi All,

Hoping for a bit of help. Bought a race change for my level 40 human hunter on the Hellscream server. Trying to change to Night Elf. Set all appearance options, plus the new name chosen has the green check next to it to indicate it’s available. When I click to change it, it asks for confirmation, which I also do… then I get the message: “Could not Change Race for Character”.

Bought the change last night (Friday evening Central Time). Still having the same problem this afternoon (Saturday). Any help is appreciated.
