Costumer report

I put in a ticket and it was answered in less than the 24 hours. Thank you. This was payment for the game. I set one account as default for payment and they took it from another. And now I’m lock out of my account. I sent in another ticket to see if they would take it from the right account.
Has anyone ever had this problem. And was it resolved, quickly?

If your ticket is not answered by the time live chat opens, I would suggest using it.

It is quick and it is easy.

Since I missed the call center limited time frame. lol I was wondering if there anyway to check if a payment you make when thru. I don’t seem to find anything showing this. If I look at the actived page and it just show a refund for this next 6 months.
That because they tried to take the money from the wrong payment account.
I used the right one. So I would I check to see if the payment when thru. I’d hate to wait a day or 2 before I know if it happen.

I see a refund just done yesterday, Thumpen. Is that the one you are referring to? It was for 6 months

Yes that’s the refund. The game master said I could pay for time to start the game again. Which I did but don’t know if it when thru. So I don’t know if its paid or not.

That is the last order I see chronologically.
