Corrupted text?

Corrupt Text

Text in various locations (quests, buttons, character select, in-game videos) shows as corrupted. It appears that a letter is being replaced by either an image or multiple letters. This has been happening since patch 11.1.7. Tried a scan and repair, did not fix the issue. Disabled, then deleted all add-ons, did not fix.
