Why do we NOT get the flu vaccine and WHY do we not fear people during months that are historically more prone to contagiousā¦ because we do NOT exhibit symptoms!
All of a sudden NOW we have to TEST for a virus, we ALL have flu like cells in our body they are either dormant or active but if they had a flu test we would probably mostly test positive for anti-bodies its LITTERALLY how the body works!

The numbers should represent ACTIVE cases not cumulative totals since the beginning of time. Thatās why people are afraid of their own shadow because the media is slanting this toward government control.
25 million cases divide that by 350 million populationā¦ but again we should be using the last 2 weeks figures which is around 7 or 8 million at the MOST even that is inflated because people die in a car wreck and they test positive for COVID guess which number they care about? Thatās right and it goes in the current case numberā¦ instead of what it IS they died from the accident not the virus.

Obviously the Senate will chop it up and redo much of it but the House bill is the bases for the next phase of the discussion. There are also 1,503 pages of supporting documents, reports on the debates and statements by committee chares of both parties and records of votes.

My father had active service in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. I am a veteran 4th Batalin 18th Infantry MOS 05B. My brother is a disabled veteran with 16 years service, combat in Vietnam and a diagnosis of PTSD. My grandson is serving now. So this is a part of the bill I was interested in.

Itās not the COVID relief act but the 2021 Appropriations Act dated 21 Dec 2020.
Itās a $1.4 trillion spending bill to fund the government through September 30, 2021, it covers government spending for agricultural programs, various governmental agencies, and foreign aid, however none of the money for foreign aid is allocated from the 2020 or the 2021 coronavirus relief package, this is a completely separate pot of your tax money.

So hereās my two cents on covid: One, a surgical mask and/or a cloth mask will not protect you against airborne viruses, they only protect against flu and droplet viruses. Now I do realize that covid is semi-airborne and also droplet. But as I have been saying, if youāre close enough for droplet, youāre definitely close enough for airborne. So that means if you really want to protect yourself, buy an N95 that fits correctly and use that.
And one of the ways we can measure how well surgical masks work against droplet viruses is the extremely low cases nation wide in viruses like the flu, RSV and the like. Surgical masks are VERY effective against droplet viruses, but very ineffective against airborne. If this were the case, then why on earth do I wear an N95 mask when I have to take care of a patient that has Tuberuclosis? (airborne virus) If surgical masks protect against airborne, I should be protected against tuburculosis then correct? Wrong. I would totally get TB.
So in general, I believe that if you want to wear a mask, wear a mask, if you donāt then donāt. I personally donāt believe in safe tyranny. I believe in dangerous freedom. Its like the lion in the cage, heās got everything he needs to live, but he certainly would be better off living free in the wild with all possible dangers around him.
And as far as the gender debate, unless you can somehow change your XX to XY, you are absolutely a male or female. Genetics has actually ended the debate on that one. And if a person who was born as a male can conceive a child, then I wil retract my statement, but until then, there are only two genders and men will NEVER be able to bear children, have a period, have PCOS, have hot flashes and any other female anatomy specific issues. We as a culture have just come to the point that we donāt want to tell anyone that what they feel is wrong and what they like is wrong. Gender dysphoria is/was an actual diagnosis, but now we say that itās ānormalā. If we are all animals, you donāt see that behavior in the animal kingdom. just saying.

This has gotten way too political with Coronavirus. We were told that we need close the country for only 15 days to slow the spreadā¦We are approaching a year now and we slowly opening up the economy. President Biden came out that we will return to normal sometime next yearā¦Not going to happen buddy.

N95 is to protect you, a cloth or surgical mask is intended to slow the spread, to protect others from you.
The people pushing the āgender identityā debate differentiate between sex and gender.

And N95 protects you from airborne, Surgical masks do no such thing. To even think that a cloth mask helps āslow the spreadā is laughable. Last medical journal I read on surgical masks protecting against an airborne virus I think it stated that it may help by as much as 3%. So that means you have a 97% chance of getting infected. So in other words, youāre essentially guaranteed to get the virus. And a cloth mask??? Dude, there is no data anywhere that proves the help slow anything.
But please continue to tell me how wrong I am, I only work the covid floor in my hospital.

As far as I know nobody anywhere ever said that a surgical mask or a cloth mask would protect you from a virus. I certainly didnāt.
But every study on the subject has concluded that even a surgical mask or a cloth mask will help prevent you from spreading the infection to others if you are infected. To deny that a cloth mask helps āslow the spreadā is laughable.
And posting anything like a rƩsumƩ or cv in an anonymous online forum to support an argument is just dumb.

I dunno why this is so hard for people to understand. Non-N95 masks catch the overwhelming majority of the wearerās droplets and bleeds momentum off of the few that do escape, so theyāre more likely to fall on the wearer or fall to the ground instead of getting launched into an air current to be taken on a tour of vulnerable noses.
If everybody wears them, then the amount of droplets in the air is seriously curbed and reduced to levels that make spreading the disease far more unlikely. The only reason anybody would need N95 masks is to defend themselves from anti-maskers.

The simple fact that the flu this year was basically non-existent proves, without a shadow of a doubt, that masks do indeed work.
Want a fun time? Go up to a conspiracy theorist and be like āso glad masks work, now we wont have to get flu vaccines every year if people can just wear masks!ā and see their brains melt.

I agree. Businesses where I am reported record low sick leave in the months since we had our first, and only lockdown.
A combination of masks, hand sanitizer, and generally people being more aware of the covid situation were the contributing factors.
And yeah, weāre covid free too.

Not sure what a Covid notice is, guessing itās like a bulletin to tell you how many active cases?
Iām not in the U.S. Our country is covid free, but we done the hard yards at the start in order to have near-normality now. You guys need to actually follow medical advice, it would have saved so much of what has and is going on there now.
