I was under the impression all I had to do was the campaign to get this free legendary belt (Cord Of Unity). This is what my daughter tells me. She has hers and I do not.
I thought I finished the campaign (I can at least fly in the new zone). I do have a memory in my bag that I can’t learn until honored reputation and I’m currently a couple thousand rep off that.
Was I suppose to receive a belt somewhere and didn’t get it?
I think I’m missing something but I have no idea what. as I said - thought the campaign was all done, could someone point me in the right direction. I wish I had more time to play 
I’m so lost right now and overwhelmed.
Edit: sorry it wasn’t a memory in my bag that I can’t learn until honored, it is another legendary item called Tome Of the Eternal. I believe that came from the campaign questline somewhere along the way , but I’m not sure 
You get the legendary belt by completing the 7th chapter of the Zereth Mortis campaign.

flying came out before the belt by a week, so you may still need to do 1 more quest chain.
if you hit m you can see the quests on the right. the top most will be the campaign ones. if it isnt fully done then you still need to do them for the belt.
also a heads up, the belt cant be upgraded and more most classes/specs its best to buy a different one in a different gear slot. like for me as a hunter i should get the boots and helm (boots for the normal power, helm for the unity). wowhead can point you in the right direction for your class/spec

Thank you, this was it. The week after. Hadn’t collected it. Also thank you for the great information about not being able to be upgraded. Interesting.
Just noticed there is a campaign quest to collect for me from that new place. I’m all good now
