I seem to be unable to copy text from another window and then paste it in a forum reply window. Anyone know what’s up with that? Maybe it’s on my end.
The forum software has a bug that interferes with paste if you’re using “WYSIWYG” editing mode. Switch to Markdown editing mode and copy/paste will work.

It’s the markdown button, the M down arrow on the left.

One of the problems when you copy text, is unless you’re taking it directly from a text editor it will almost always have hidden tags which throw some editor off. While switching to markup mode will help (see above) another option that sometimes works is to paste text into a text editor, which will eliminate the tags and any markup then copy it from the text editor, and then paste it into the form.
