Convoke the Spirits and Starsurge needs HARD Nerf in PVP

One of my alts has convoke, and when I push it in a big 40v40 teamfight it feels like it doesn’t do much. It will randomly target 3-4 different targets, so I’m certainly not “one shotting” anyone.

I never use convoke for the enemies in epics, it will barely do anything to them. I use it to off-heal
