Continuous errors submitting tickets

This all I see last few days. What is going on?

We’re not seeing any issues with ticket submission, Blastoise. At what point do you get the error?

Have you tried using a different browser and/or clearing your current browser’s cookies/cache?

Edit: iam also getting it on 3 other devices over 2 networks.

Thought I’d test as well, though presently I can only corroborate. Hitting continue to start processing a stuck character returns the same error on Opera, Edge, and Brave.

Its been like this for days now.

Hmm, I’m not seeing any errors when trying that. That looks like the refund submission option, which automatically scans recent purchases to see if any qualify for a refund.

Do you have any security programs that might be running? That could cause an issue.

That is a more direct link that should bypass the automated option.

How about Chrome or Firefox?

All major browsers tried and nothing.

Sorry-- was in the process already of downloading Chrome as you sent that just to make absolutely sure-- can report that both also return the error at the same point.

I can also confirm, using the OPs link, hitting continue returns the same error. For reference, I’m using chrome.

There’s a code, but it’s different for every tab. Didn’t think it was relevant given that outcome.

I can’t be certain, but the code may tie to a specific contact attempt that can be looked up. Having a few samples may help.

Edit: When I clicked on Unread Tickets, it shows the two refunds processing.

Thanks, Nickaeladin. I notice that Blastoise has multiple tickets in as well under the refund option. I’ve forwarded the information so hopefully we can figure out what is going on.

I assume you weren’t able to select a product? I’m not seeing one, so they should fail on their own.

Yeah confirmed. I’m trying to unstick my character and I get continuous errors both in-game and via website when trying to submit a ticket. Grrrr
