This toon right here would be using the proper black hair color if we had it.
My SC member would be using the White.
And if we get a tentacle toggle? So many options open up.

It’s not hideous. I love Nightborne posture. I also love their ears and most hairstyles they have. My issue is the faces and the skin colors. Why do the faces have to look so old and grumpy, especially men’s?
What if you could remove the tentacles? Change anything for you?
Not doubting you here, but I’d like to see where they “explicitly stated” this. Could you provide a link? I have to say that sounds weird though, considering that the first four allied races had far less customization options than their parent races even before Shadowlands.

No it’s not the tentacles, it’s the fact that it looks so unfinished and plain. I think the tentacles should stay, it just needs more spikes to it, like I got.

That is not what I heard buddy, and I have researched this in great depth. What I know is that they will work on Allied Races next.

I actually like that hairstyle. It was the one I was considering for this toon before I hit randomize and got his beautiful self. Lol
I also would not be remiss if body tentacles were an option… Or maybe chintacles.

The model is not at all what it should be, so yeah I see it as hideous. They do have some nice hair though.

For the initial release of Shadowlands, the focus is on the original races. Character customizations is an ongoing project and they’re never completely done."

I dunno, body tentacles might start getting into more “adult anime” territory. Tentacle beards though, yea I could get behind that.
A toggle option for tentacles would really be awesome though, if only because it would basically “double” the number of hairstyle options Void Elves have, without actually having to make or port any new hair styles.
Letting us add tentacles to styles that don’t have them, or remove them from those that do, effectively doubles the options with a fraction of the effort. Not that I wouldn’t want new styles (brand new or ported), but getting a toggle first would ensure that all hairstyles, current and future, could have tentacles or not as the player desires.

I’m personally hoping the core races that aren’t up to snuff get addressed first. Then when allied races get their pass (whenever that might be) I’d like to see Nightborne at the head of the line.
Void Elfs (especially the males) need some hairstyles that aren’t memishly edgy.
and the same ear options as BElves

I want more braided styles for belves, tattoos for belves (and female nelves), dark ranger options either in the form of a model toggle for undead or as belf customization, and I want jewelery for belves to be for both men and women, as well as more colors. Also hair accessories (like the tiaras) should be optional and change color with the jewelry.
