No other allied race got major additions. They got stuff like their beards split into sideburns and beards and they got jewellery and accessories.
They did not get the option that was the primary point of difference between them and their core race.

But that wasn’t what you claimed before. If you had said that in first place, I’d have agreed with you. That still doesn’t mean they got the equivalent to a full customization pass though.

I do too. I prefer when you and I can have civil discussions and be on the same side of things. I know we won’t agree on what we think Void Elves should get down the road, but you and I have agreed on things we’d like to see for Nightborne and Blood Elves.
We might even have similar desires for other allied races as well. Like personally, I’d like to see the Highmountain Tauren get the flower options that regular Tauren got.

Not meaning to attack, but here an Alliance Night elf player is openly willing to share towards the other faction’s elves. Something I do not see you doing as far as Void elves are concerned, and I rarely see that with other Hordies too. I’m saying this because Belfs have 4 different blonde shades, but you are not willing to part with a single one of them. Hell, you don’t even want us to get a blonde shade from a different race. Not even a blonde shade with a dark blue void touch to it. I see so many High elf fans drawing Void elves with light brown hair and trying to pass them as blonde, a sorry excuse of a blonde, just to appease you guys.

I have went on the record saying if Nightborne got 100% of customization option/looks from Night Elves I’d be okay with Void Elves from Blood Elves. Anyone can vouch for me saying that more than once.

Black and White hair options not being part of the Void Elf package from the get go never made sense to me. I mean, how am I supposed to make a goth emo elf without black hair? Even worse, there are Void Elf NPC’s with black hair, and the preview of the new options in SL uses the NPC black hair to boot!

I’m also a night elf main. I want to share night elf options specifying because it’s unfair we took blood elf options like that.
Also it makes sense for at least some of those options to be shared either way.

They’re perfectly good for the void theme and would work well with high elves too.

Blizzard explicitly stated a significant part of the reason they did core races was to bring them up to par with allied races. Following that up by then giving ARs the same number of new options makes no sense.

The reason I’m okay with sharing with nightborne is because their model is hideous. The void elves got a direct model copy.

I wish I had this hair style as a Velf tbh. The Short Spiky Hair style Velves do have is so god awful.
