Heck no.
Depends on how they are implemented.

âELUNES LIGHT REACHES ITS XENITH!â
Iâm ok with this.
(Quote from the night elf boss in ToS teehee)
Iâm happy with the current paly options, wouldnât mind seeing more but itâs defs not a priority to me ha.
Personally, between horde and alliance, I always felt there need to be an even paladin=shammy ratio evenly, otherwise it feels one faction is more holier then the other and vice versa with elementalism.
It just feels like we have a weird amalgamation right now, specially since the druid race/class balance is off too.
Be careful, with a guild name like that Somand might put you in her bags and sell you on the AH!
Also I like your current look!
It would be really cool if their consecration were a beam of moonlight coming from the sky and their judgement were a glaive.

No
No.
Yes
This makes more sense than Void Elf paladins.
Agreed. I think it would be a neat customization option. Can start with Humans (since Turalyonâs already done it), and go from there.
Agreed.
It depends on what you mean by âBEâ Themed. Given that, for the moment, the High Elves that are part of the Alliance are represented via customization options on the Void Elf, then some of those requests arenât far fetched.
I would rather a separate high elf allied race rather than it being a customization option of void elf (and then for high elves, yes, paladins).
Itâs not a narrative. Itâs the lore. Not all of them are Blood Elves, and not even an overwhelming majority. A majority? Oh yeah, for sure. No doubt.
But overwhelming? No. Plenty of normal (NOT VOIDED OUT) high elves on the Alliance. Even back in Vanilla.
Has there been any actual serious support for this? Legitimately curious. I can imagine someone trolling with this line, but is anyone actually serious about that request? In a large number?
I ask because I DO want playable High Elves (NOT through customization options via voidy elves â to me they are just less voidy-Void Elves). However, I would rather they either setup bigger shop in Stormwindâs mage district (rather than Dalaran via Silver Covenant) or find a new home (perhaps in Arathi â plenty of space, and long ties with Stromgarde via the Arathor).
Agreed, I feel the army of the light should be a faction of multiple races, and the army mentality of them makes the personality of the race. I beleive dwarves should be added to, in time.
This is on a maybe list for me, I doubt blizz will make another elf race on alliance unless itâs either given the Kulâtiran treatment, or via a model toggle. Maybe through LFD, but I wonât cry over it if they donât.
Yeah, it began when the warfronts started, and many of the Alliance crazed fanboys (you know who you are!) started spouting theories on how Quelâthalas was going to be one, and that after defeating the blood elves theyâd gain access to it.
Then a purple dome was found in some random location in Silvermoon and those same people saw it as proof that the void elves were going to attack and take over Silvermoon in Shadowlands. It gets better and better.
I honestly donât get the obsession over a time-locked, vacant city with no flying but okay.
Well presumably if all this happened silvermoon and much of quelâthalas would be updated, along with a bunch of cool armor and weapons which was why some people wanted it including myself.
Although the war between alliance and horde is over; I still see an opportunity for a quelâthalas warfront.
not as alliance vs horde; but the horde and alliance working together to fight off some kind of invasion coming for the sunwell.
Similarly to when aldor and the scryers united to fight kael on the isle of quelâdanas.
It likely wonât ever happen, I think blizzard is probably done with quelâthalas for a while.
If Silvermoon gets updated, Iâd rather it be designed for the Blood elf and Horde players as a city hub, and not just for some cheap one-time instance that will likely end up just time-locking a huge portion of it in the end anyway.
According to the game Quelâthalas is once again a thriving city, and with the Sunwell empowering them Iâd imagine it would take no time at all to repair the entirety of the city. It was even mentioned that they were looking into ways to remain the taint from the deadscar, and with a holy source of magic like the well at their disposal I imagine that wouldnât be too difficult.
And most of all, and probably most importantly, give us flying.

Never forget.
Itâs more referring to Grabbag as an it.
F in the chat.
My mighty heart is breaking.
(Finally caught up on the whole thread after a two day readâwhew.)
Iâm one of the players who really wishes theyâd update Silvermoon and actually convert it from a Hollywood lot to an actual city, but I also kind of see why they havenâtâbetween it actually being on the outland map, and no actual new(er) quests/events/story related things going on near it, they probably donât want to invest the time.
It is pretty frustrating though to be reading text that says weâve repaired our home, more or less, and yet itâs still the same fel-and-undead infested mess that itâs been since conception.
(also, hello everyoneâlong time player, but not much of a forum poster. Been a long time since I stuck my nose in hereâI think last time was before we switched to these new forums, actuallyâŠ)
Holy-Moly Guacamole.
I agree. I would also like the dreanei starting places get updated too.
Though I think it is still canon that the dead scar had not been healed yet via the windrunner comic. But some text on their findings or if it started to heal or not would be nice.
I would be surprised if they ever updated it, because theyâd finally have to add flying to those areas and they said thatâs too much work for them and they didnât want to do it.
I miss the good old day when Nightshade went for 1190g each on my server.
What can I say? I like t know what Iâm wading into
