I found the Tortollans themselves fine enough, but I didn’t like how long and tedious the turtle/crab escort ones were. It got repetitive pretty quickly.

My theory is since many allied races were churned out as such a high rate compared to core races they feel unfinished to many people.
I feel nightborne and mechagnomes need tho most work of races in general.

It is easy really, your statement was selfish.
You are happy because by chance you get everything as you see fit,
however not everyone else equally happy and since this is not a world-class problem it can be easily addressed (and blizzard doing it at their slow pace, yet still doing which is good).
What I meant is in more of a broad sense. Someone saying something hateful or having opinions that marginalize others. I don’t want to really go into it. This is a game forum, so it’s not really the place for this kind of discussion.
Point though is, yes, I believe that, concerning the game, opinions are opinions. I don’t try to sweat what others think as long as they don’t give me grief over mine.

Everyone in these threads is selfish. Everyone is asking for what they want or what they they can accept, no one is pushing for stuff they disagree with or dislike for the sake of other people.

I’d say Nightborne, Lightforged and Highmountain but thank you for sharing with me. 
I’m the same. I did like them and how grumpy they were (“What am I? A tour guide?”) but if I hear about turtles making it to the water again, I’ll scream.
Also, I’ll always think that the shell game it’s their way to… put those that didn’t make it to the water to good use and that’s creepy.

Except that I’ve always been very vocal about how I adore dwarves and how it pains me I’ll never play one because I can’t bring myself to play Alliance.
I also love the concept of Void Elves and their males get me all hot and bothered because they appeal to the goth in me, yet, the same thing as dwarves apply.
But you don’t see me begging for VE customizations for Blood elves or for dwarves in the Horde.

No, Dwarves belong to the Alliance. Life’s not fair and I can’t always get what I want even if it’s by my own choice, and I won’t ask for things to be ruined for my own preference.

Tbh I’d like blood elves to get void elf options with some light/arcane flavor to it.
I mean, we have a nice cyan eye option for void elves that would fit in nicely for blood elves who want a more intense bluish green eye glow.
