I really enjoy short format anime personally, it seems to work really well with that surrealist comedy that’s so popular in Japan.

The color I’m thinking of is more akin to the yellows you might find in some poison dart frogs. Not exactly the natural blonde most folk would want.
Alleria has the tattoos since thats a part of her character and it is the only reason I think they should have the same Farstrider tattoos if/when they are added.
The Farstriders though are Blood Elven.
If they added them and Blood Elves don’t get them that would be the most insane thing they could choose to do.
If they add them and Void Elves do not get them but Blood Elves do, it would still make sense. Void Elves only real claim is Alleria herself.
Ideally though Farstrider Tattoos (and other options) would be added to both Belf and Velf. They have more than enough lore based reason to have them.
They should also get Void Tattoos for Void Elves and Arcane tattoos for Belf. Which I think should be specific to those sides.
Again though if Blizzard, For some ridiculous reason, chooses to make it one or the other, Blood Elves should get the preferential treatment in this case. That is how I see it.
I disagree. They are trying to further their interests. They are asking blizzard not to share what little unique assets and themes they have left.
Others are asking blizzard not to strip more away from Void Elves and their theme.
Denying the sharing is a part of that. Some players will not want those things.
Locus-Walker is a very important part of their society. There is no reason they might not share in his… aesthetics. Certainly if they’re going to share in Alleria’s.
Plus it would be interesting to show some Void Elves were changed more than others in the ritual. In which case using the same wrappings that Ehtereals use to help hold their bodies together could make fine sense.
Natural tones are not needed.
My interest is on expanding the void options. Unnatural colors in those lines would be neat to see.

Still though I think leaving the color wheel for Void Elves so limited is silly. We can get other colors while keeping them closer to the void theme by making them more unnatural and out there in coloration.
Heck who knows maybe they’ll be used by some Helf pros to make their helf look like a helf. If that can still be done while keeping the Void Elves “void” elves, then all the better.
