I think it will be good story telling when she slips due to lack of experience and people rebels on her.
Liadrin is qualified.
Refusing to follow her would be insubordination.
My boss is younger than me. If I refused to do my job because of it I’d get fired.

The only time we’ve seen Liadrin lead her forces was part of a joint mission in Suramar where they marched on the gates.

I still don’t get why you’re fighting so hard about this (well, I do, but I’ll be nice… for now). There’s plenty of flaws about Liadrin that could be used to criticize her, but you you’re so dead set on this “Blood elves can’t be devoted” thing that it’s blinding you to the bigger picture.
