Void elves should get a purple recolor of Silvermoon. As they are also children Silvermoon. As well as blonde and white hair to fully fill the fantasy.

I see spires above the Shattered world and elegant archways holding the void portals connecting the islands.
And a well of void energies to contain that void storm we can’t get to right now.
A place of learning. A place of power for our people.
A new home among the stars.

I would love to see Telogrus Rift expanded, maybe even more naturally incorporated into Stormwind. Like have a regular portal you just walk through similar to the Mage Tower.

As far as a new capital goes for Void Elves, I’d like to see them build up Telogrus rift with Arcane sanctums and observatories, made in the elegant style of Elven Architecture made of obsidian with gold and violet accents adorned with Void and mana crystals.

It’s such an elf thing to do.
I would say I’d imagine more Void magic being the focal point, if nothing else because it’s easy to get there, but also since we are Void Elves.
I also imagine a large training hall to guide the newest wayfarers and scholars as they embrace the void.

At least one Eco-dome. We need to keep Locus-Walker pleased after all.
Maybe our High Elven brethren who have not yet embraced the Void could live within such a dome. I imagine its much more palatable than the void of the Rift for them.
