folks don’t remember the 6-10hr patches and then when you finally get in, all your addons are busted right before raid.

That statement makes zero sense, no one is talking about raiding it day1, they are talking about losing a raid night
The reason why they don’t communicate is because they have horrible PR, not because of toxicity.
Competent PR aren’t fazed by toxic comments and knows how to communicate in spite of it.

Eh, the only people who can really complain are the people who are going for world 1st (especially EU players). They already removed a raid day for all guilds who raid on Tuesday, and that isn’t a big deal.
Oh…but we are.

SSC/TK was announced for a wed release quite a while ago now. That’s on his guild’s decision
People on patch day - “oh my god we might lose a raid day
People 4 months from now - “oh my god where is BT Hyjal, SSC and TK are so boring already have phase 2 BiS blizz is withholding content”

People who raid on Wednesday getting hit by the delay.
It’s not though, you can’t just re-arrange 25 peoples schedules. I’m not saying it’s silly to be mad, but you act like guilds should simply change 25 peoples schedules like it’s nbd lol

People who raid tues got completely screwed over thanks to some weird decision to change raid release after 17 years.

Terrible company cant get anything right. Try spending less time harassing women and releasing (oh wait, RERELEASING) content properly.

No, but our tues/wed team only gets 1 night of prog instead of 2, where the th/sat gets both.
And some guilds do only raid one night a week, I feel bad for them. There’s zero reason for the change in schedule
