I have been trying to open a ticket for almost 2 weeks, but no matter what i do, it says I have no active tickets. Is somebody from blizzard support able to contact me?
No one will contact you from posting on the forums. Do you know what issue you’re trying to ticket for?
I’m not seeing any tickets created by this account at all in the last year. If you’re logged in when your ticket is created, it is automatically assigned to your Blizzard account for tracking. You’ll also receive an email confirmation.
If you’re not logged in, it isn’t assigned until a Game Master reviews it. But you should still be redirected to a confirmation page on the website with your ticket number and approximate wait time.
If you’ve never received a confirmation email, or were never redirected to a confirmation page on the website then your ticket was never created.
Support will not be able to contact you until you have created a ticket. You can start that process here:
If you’re encountering any error messages during the process, it would be helpful to know what errors you’re seeing. But there haven’t been any issues with the support website and creating tickets. We’ve been seeing them come through normally and at the expected volumes recently.
Perhaps if you share what issue you are having that you need help with, we can find a means to open a ticket more directly. I could be though, the issue you are having might not have a resolution from GM staff, and maybe it is trying to redirect you to something else that might help.
Every time I try to open a ticket whether in game or browser, it says submitted but says I have no active tickets. Why is that? I just submitted another one and still nothing
In a browser here, in game?
What help option are you going through?
It could be a browser issue, or something is blocking.
It doesn’t come up with anything else. I was just enquiring about amalgamating my 5 accounts. Somebody on another forum had told somebody that if you amalgamate them, they all get bfa flying so long as the main account does. Is this true?
Billing might be able to move wow licenses from different Blizzard accounts, but anything that is account bound would stay with their original accounts, and all accounts would have to be under the same name.
If you do move the licenses to the same Blizzard account, and it has the achievement for flight, it should grant the ability to the other licenses.
So I guess the issue is the browser you are using probably is not allowing the ticket, either because the browser itself if blocking the submission, or some form of security is. I would try using another browser, something other then Chrome or Edge.

But I don’t know personally if they can move 5 different wow licenses on different Blizzard accounts down to just one.
Thank you for your assistance!
Just keep in mind, you can combine the 5 licences under the one bnet, but any achievements, pets, mounts etc earned on the other accounts will stay with those battlenets, they wont transfer across. But you can have upto 8 i think it is licences under the one log in
