Algari gear is 1k gold per piece. For the 82nd time, It costs almost nothing. While leveling you gain like 30k gold. You spend 10 to 15k for a full set. You shut up, buy it, and enter pvp. You don’t go in with dragonflight gear and mixed world quest garbage and get graveyard camped. Or maybe YOU do, but people with brains don’t.
PvP is for people who want to compete. Whether randoms or not. It’s not supposed to be for people who get one shotted, run to the forums to cry about getting one shotted, and then wonder why.
PvP is NOT a full time job. I literally bought a full gear set with absolute ease at the auction house every time upon reaching level 80. It’s EASY to go from level 1 to 80 in like 10 hours. Salt Water exists solely to stop the stacking of healers and team fights turning into a match where no one dies. The problem is that BlizZard should still limit salt water as it causes too much burst as the defensive/utility potion options are not as good.
