There are two premades I’ve constantly run into while doing Epic bg’s. I did 10 epic bgs this morning and 9/10 were a premade of either one or the other group.
Are we really that low on people doing epic bgs that I’m going to run into the same group of premades consistently? Cause that’s whats happening.
Why won’t they do anything to fix this? I can understand wanting to group with friends and do pvp, heck i group with my guild and 5 of us do random bgs all the time, but this epic bg crap is getting out of hand and completely ruining my experience… I don’t do SOLO shuffle anymore due to the toxicity, I barely do arenas cause of anxiety, why ruin the random ques for us casual folks?
Because if blizz won’t fix or follow their own rules theyve set in place, why should I? I want to have fun and win sometimes, not lose every gd epic bg i enter. I know it doesn’t help anything, but if blizz don’t care, neither do i.
I get it. But there’s another player / players just like you who won’t come to the forums or won’t come back after getting obliterated over and over by the premades that you’ll now be joining.
Epic bgs are dying to the point of seeing the same people over and over. Why? Because most people (like me) don’t want to queue them to deal with the cancerous nonsense that is sync queueing premades.
One of the easiest ways to fix this is do away with factions and make all casual BGs cross faction. Queue syncers will give up if they keep getting paired up against their friends all the time.
I doubt that. They will just coordinate who gets to win in discord for the times they don’t get on the same side. Same thing will happen in full rated Blitz in MMR ranges where population is low.
Was it a horde premade or alliance premade? But yeah, there are some on both factions that play at weird times of day/night such that they just farm pugs. Oh, and the alliance ones can usually merc at any time.
wtf? You seriously believe queue syncers would eat losses on coin tosses just because they got opposite sides? What a ridiculous waste of time for both sides. How would they “help” the enemy win, by standing around afk? I dream of standing around afk when I pvp yeah
Syncing would be dead. Stacked 5 man groups would reign, and competition would be fierce.
I mean, I could show you several examples of people doing exactly that in Blitz now.
People will throw for the leaders of a community or a guild or for the side that has more community members on it. Or take turns throwing. Will it be common? No. Will it happen? Yes.
Constant dropping queue is a big waste of time too but people still do it. If people are so keen on the Pvp action, instead of dropping the queue, each popped 5-man team should just take the pop instead of dropping, and they don’t need to stay with the leader. The fact is that while there are people who want a good challenge, the majority just want a quick & easy win.
While I am uncertain if the premade issues will be addressed with cross-faction, I find the idea interesting. At the same time, I would love to see Blizz adjust the game design so people play BG/EpicBG to enjoy its challenge instead of doing it as a chore.
I was in an AV yesterday where a “spy” went in to see who on the Horde side we were up against. Alliance was left with 16 against 40 for a good part of the bg. It’s just sad how fellow players can treat others who just want to play.
