Now that I’ve checked it out and dismissed that popup probably 100 times, is it possible to shut it off forever?

Have you logged out and back in since checking it out? I’ve only had the popup once.

Nope, it’s happening on multiple characters, including ones that have been logged off and back on again.

Edit to add:

It seems to be happening on 2 sub-110 characters. It doesn’t seem to be happening on 110+ characters.

Same here, every /reload it pops up again on my level 30 paladin.

Edit: After opening it up and clicking OK on the next message that pops up, it no longer pops up on each reload.
