Constant disconnects / 2k+ latency spikes from Chile

Hello, for about 3 hours now, independent of using cable or tethered cell phone connection, World of Warcraft works fine until suddenly it doesn’t, and disconnects or shoots up to 2k+ home latency. I’m playing from Santiago, Chile.

Using webpages or streaming video from US services like netflix or amazon prime are not being affected.

Below is a WinMTR to 137.221.105.2 (US West) from tethered cell phone, from opening the game until a minute after disconnect.

This is to 24.105.62.129 (US Central) from opening the game until a minute after I tried to mount, and it simply would not cast, like I was lagging to the point of no communication with the server. But, I was still receiving trade and guild chat.

I have the same issue, playing from Chile too, and if go to the spanish tech support forum you will find plenty of other people with exactly the same problem.

Please blizzard check it.
