Consequence of not adding RDF

Citation needed.

LFD will not solve your issues, tanks and healers by the masses will already have groups they are running with and will not que into the system.

As a dps you will be relying on solo queing tanks and healers to que in order satisfy the metric ton of dps queing. As a dps you will be waiting 30 minutes to an hour at least for a dungeon group.

#justiceforperky that is all

Well… let’s see what happens and what they settle on as the patches get closer… Everyone has made their voice known. No sense in everyone unsubscribing over this YET…

I would say partially true. If I want to spam dungeons I will most likely try and find a tank or healer friend to que up with. But there are plenty of healers and tanks that want this feature as well. Where you are wrong is the fact the LFD feature does solve my biggest issue!!! Although I would be waiting 30 minute plus as a dps in RDF que I can grind quests, farm, do whatever I want and not be glued to LFG spam and not doing anything. 30 min waste

Not to mention where it is almost impossible to find a lower level dungeon group…Might get lucky every once in awhile…But with LFD you can que up, quest and have much better odds in getting into a BFD, or Uldaman and so on.

Don’t waste your breath. Instead, pop back into the forums during phase 2 of WOTLK Classic, when the few remaining players who were arguing against LFD are now crying that the game is dead and there’s no one to play with etc. Then you can have your laugh and move on. Let people drown in the misery they created for themselves.

What’s preventing you from looking for a group while questing?

Do you really think anyone quits a game like this so boldly and then tells everyone? Most if not all who make that claim are using it as leverage to get their way. It’s voting with their wallet. But no one ever believed them…

Trade chat is always more effective for me at finding groups than LFG is. If I really want to get a group going, I do it in a city.

Lol we had 10+ months of LFD in WotLK, nearly half the expansions lifespan, and the sub count grew until it reached it’s all time high during the second half of it’s implementation. Yet let’s blame LFD for sub loss during later expansions and nothing else.
Let’s ignore the kneejerk class rebalancing during early Cata, I definitely wasn’t 1 shotting people in arena as a fury warrior with my 130k+ crits in S1. Dk tanks weren’t meta AF in RBGs at all with their insane health pool, mitigation, and self healing.
How about every expansion where they secretly changed critical damage/healing to +100% in PvP, and then changed it back to +50% because people were getting deleted in a global.
Content drought in WoD, constant PvP reworking and rebalancing almost daily in MoP, BfA just BfA’d itself.

Ah yes, using toxicity as an argument against the most anticipated tool people have wanted since the start of TBC. Surely people will come to there senses and realize there erroneous ways.

/s just in case all sensibility is lost on you.

Its a QoL feature…Which is a very good feature in my opinion. A feature A LOT of people want. Not sure the reasoning by everyone who is against LFD is holding much weight.

Anyone not using global or world chat is irrelevant and uninformed

I’ve watched it happen on my server during TBCC. We went from being one of the best PvE servers around to a dead husk of a realm. I absolutely think people are going to skip wotlk over this, who would have otherwise been interested. Why people like you are hellbent on creating the absolute worst, dead experience for yourselves is beyond me. Is it spite? Masochism? I’ll check back in during P2 to follow your “omg the game is dead” posts and laugh.

Sure people do move on from a game over issues with it… See Shadowlands. However most went on to play Classic so they didn’t really leave did they? If they go play another blizzard title did they MOVE on? Or are they just over on something new for a bit…

Sure, but you’re missing something. LFG goes to bulletin board only. Only people that are actively looking at that time see it.

Trade chat is more effective because people who are chilling in cities doing something else see Trade chat and go "Oh, actually yeah lemme knock out the heroic daily with the guy saying “super geared tank lf HEALS for heroic daily”.

It’s an entire added target audience, which is why it’s so much more effective than LFG by itself.

I’m talking about chat channels not the actual LFG tool, that thing is garbage.

Lol-ed at the first thread you posted this line in…this one just seems, I dunno, a little off. Maybe finger fatigue? I dunno…

Anyway to the OP, as someone who doesn’t like the change I’m not sure we will see a mass exodus…yet. I hate the decision but I still want to play through WotLK and I probably will (pending what they do with dual spec). What I expect though is without LFD I’m going to hit a wall later in Wrath when I need heroics and lots of other runs really. Thats when I think people like myself, realizing our progress has slowed to an unacceptable crawl and having no LFD option to try…prob are just gonna say F it and bolt. It will take a while though but it will happen. If Blizz is cool with that so be it.

Stop making me like you. Go away lol

I am also talking about the chat channels, and the LFG Bulletin Board addon that everyone uses. If you are not in Trade chat, that chat doesn’t go to bulletin board, and you have to be actively looking at it anyway. Trade chat hits people who are not explicitly staring at bulletin board, and is way more effective.
