I speced ret for a few SS and spent 20 min looking thru my spellbook for it
Yo, my bad, I was wrong. I didn’t realize they removed it outside of auto cast! That being said, I think the auto cast is way better, no?

it’s like a trap launcher that can only @target i guess. they wanna decay the bottom of the ramp but can’t bcause nobody’s there.
idk. as a rogue paladins not being able to pick where their floor aoe goes seems like a nerf. does it still double as a frost trap?
Less gameplay choices is always bad IMO.

It applies a snare to enemies walking through it.
Hollowed Ground PvP talent will also make it remote/immune snares on friendlies that walk through it.

no, its not. We have like zero aoe without it and we cant consecrate without a target now, and cant slow or try to get a stealth out really without blowing a good CD p much.
just like the brilliant change they did with thistle tea. Not a single person ever asked for it to auto apply without a choice.
This just in, Ret paladins want MORE buffs.
Yeah it is, especially with the consecration freedom and slow. The slow would be significantly worse if it was just an area around you that you plop down, it would only be helpful against melee training you. The freedom would still be decent since it would work like emancipate, but having it not tied to a useless global and being tied to a hp generator is way better. The only bad part of it was pre cc changes when it would break cc, but that’s not a problem anymore.
