I have been doing 2’s with my buddy. At 1st we were getting Conquest points and then they just stopped awarding us points. We are only 2400/32000. We have done about 10 Arenas and got ZERO points. I opened a ticket and of course I get a cookie cutter response that had NOTHING to do with my ticket.

Are you intentionally tanking the games? After you get so low you no longer get points until you get your MMR back up.
have you won any games? i think u need to win 1 game at some point or else u don’t get points anymore
24000 points, basically full epic geared minus an item or 2 I hope they arent still tanking games lol

We did the same thing tonight and we have to change toons over and over again to restart and again it stops giving us points. we are now short of a total of about 1000 points (Wins & Loss together)
