Prob been said to death, but here’s one more for good measure. Somebody please tell me that I’m just blind and I’m not seeing the conquest boxes hiding in plain sight somewhere and that Blizz hasn’t bent alts over the barrell with the last patch…

They removed the conquest cap
you do understand that even though the cap is removed, it’s nearly impossible to get gear in pvp b/c of the gear difference? also the boxes gave us something to do with all of our un used conquest. i have 40k extra conquest just on my rogue not to mention the 5 other geared toons i have lol. your statement means nothing and it’s null and void.

@Bertimus Thank you for the reminder. My main hunter has all their conquest gear. So does my pally. Gearing a new alt in ZM greens is a nightmare in case you haven’t tried it. You’re getting one shot in any and every BG/Skirmish/Solo trying to earn honor and conquest and any teammate who may have the misfortune of queuing with you, will hate you for simply gearing because you’re making the team insanely weaker. Contrary to popular belief, gear matters. Now more than ever. I just don’t understand why Blizz stays punishing players for playing the game. Conquest boxes last season were a huge savior for alts.

Boxes should be available 1month into season, they can cap usage to x per week if they’re concerned about funneling. Id understand no loot boxes if gear maxed out like it will be, but in current state, boxes need to be guaranteed. I would pay considerably more if i was able to get some alts going with a few boxes each.

Just hoping that maybe it was a big F by Blizz and they’ll put in em by next week. If not, hella disappointing that they would decide to end the expansion on such a negative note after alllllllll the negative things people have endured since the very beginning of SL.

Trying to gear my shaman that i have like 3 conquest pieces on. Begging friends to help me win some 2s matches so i can actually play the game on it really feels lousy because im basically asking for a carry

I did this mage not too long ago. It didn’t turn out to be as bad as I thought it would be.
I mean Comp stomp was a brawl not to long ago as well. That’s essentially the only thing that has really helped gear alts sadly. And since it’s now lost in a sea of brawls nobody cares to queue for, who knows when that gem will come back into rotation. Honor gear aint conquest gear but it sure did help getting honor to gear up every 2-5 mins lol. But who knows, they might put em in next week. Just trying to stay as positive as I can.
It is very easy getting your full set of 7/7 and Conquest gear. Much harder leveling it up.
Are you expecting to ding 60 and be in full conquest gear within a day?

Thought we were talking about this season and gearing? With solo shuffle and weekly PvP quests it is relatively easy to gear up.
Ok so? No reason to not have boxes this far into the season.
Conquest boxes are fine and I personally am shocked they weren’t released when they removed the cap.
Removing the cap does not solve the problem… still takes 100 years to fully gear a toon with current season gear when your queueing BG’s where you just get 1 shot instantly due to having no gear.
That’s more of what I was getting at. Since they had them pretty readily available last season, a lot of people DID expect to ding 60 and get pretty geared off the boxes.
