You should just post “i dont understand the discrepancy regarding accessability and the ability to repeat.”
The takeaway would be the same.

Like with the inspiration catalyst its a bit to late.
We should only have the caps for at most 4 weeks into a season. And we should get the catalyst within the first 2 weeks.
Yep, Collapse keys into 4 ilvl brackets, and make it so you can only get loot from the 1st time you run each dungeon at that ilvl bracket in a week to solve.
Its just like children sports where the don’t keep score so nobody looses lmfao.
As it should be.
Also, nobody tell that druid about the slots where 421s don’t exist in the raid.
If he’s allowed to complain over a single ring at 430, The raid-only prot warrior is just as justified in complaining about missing 6 ilvls on their weapon.
OMG finally!
This is good, but way too late in my opinion, I understand why this capped was added in the first place but waiting 3 months into the expansion is too much time. Cap should be removed after 1 month into the season, same as Catalyst should be available after 1 month. It feels so frustrating the RNG with tier sets and people that get 3 sets in a row and the last one they get it from raiding LFR or normal. Catalyst after 1 month will solve this problem easily.
Yay uncap!
Thanks!
I just looked and yeah, that’s quite dumb. Having said that… you can craft 418 in any slot if you raid. So it’s only a 3 ilvl gap at worst.
Participation must be extremely low so they gotta try and bribe people to play.
Not on the same level. A reasonably progressed mythic raider (IE: one who has access to 421s) will only have ~20-30 concentrated foci at this point.
Since you seem to be fine with dungeoneers infinitely grinding valor, that must mean we will see daily WQ return.
I hope so too. also yes it is ok for people to be grinding 2’s for valor and upgrading gear all they want.
Yeah, but apparently it’s not ok for people to have daily WQ. Just waiting for Blizz to announce the removal of raid lockouts, but still justify bi-weekly WQ. That would be the way this Dev team works, which is to be expected when it’s top guy is a former hardcore raider. He only cares about making things better form the hardcore players and everyone else be damned.
I mean some of the head leadership play warrior but now they have the nerf it cause they over did the buffs and talents xD
Some of their wives are also playing evokers and feral druids so look where that’s going for the future. Balance isn’t always from our data, it’s usually whatever the devs are currently playing.
They run balance like a minecraft server where admins get all the fun stuff when they play what they play.
Considering I actually do higher level content every single season than you do, I’d say laughing at my opinion that I should automatically have better gear than you would be a pretty silly thing to do.
Judging anything on anecdotal “availability of raid pugs” is also really dumb. Do you not have a guild, or is it too hard to find one with your insufferable personality?
It’s funny how a heroic raider that doesn’t touch high keys is defending the highest level of gear being locked behind content that you can barely touch, let alone consistently clear. Most mythic raiders don’t do it for the gear though, we do it for the challenge and experience-- cosmetic rewards are more than enough rather than getting additional ilvl, and it’d be better for the vast majority of the playerbase since mythic raiding is a very small minority of those players.
Again, you have no clue what you’re talking about or what’s healthy for the game. You simultaneously want to force people to pug heroic reclears until the end of the season for gear (for god only knows what reason-- it’s not like heroic reclears are ever hard to get into even if there’s less of them) while also laughing off an idea that would let people do whatever content they want without having to worry about the same inaccessibility of mythic raiding and high key groups that you’ve directly complained about.
You’re lost.
That is exactly what I want. Lmao You still have to get 2400, and spend the time grinding all those 2s, you and other people just don’t have or want to spend the time to do that grinding and want to time gate people like me.
Doesn’t matter you are already behind lmao, the top guilds ALL split ran heroic and we’re an average ilvl of 410 in their guild week 2.
You aren’t even 2k rating or over 400 ilvl, like you are literally massively behind the curve and just want time-gating to continue out of spite of others who enjoy playing the game for more hours more than you, or others that can clear higher content than you. 100 guilds have cleared Mythic, people are already 420+ ilvl, are you affected? No you aren’t, and you literally could not get 2400 in the first 2-3 weeks even if you wanted to, because you are still not even over 2k.
What I find so amusing about this whole thing is, people will argue that WQ will feel like chores if they become daily again. Problem with that argument is, for people who don’t enjoy Mythic+, uncapped valor will make it a chore for them.
But wait I hear you say, you don’t have to do Mythic+. Guess what, you don’t have to do WQ.
But wait you say, you have to if there is even the slightest bit of player power to be gained. Guess what, if there is even a slight bit of player power to be gained from Mythic+ they will have to do it.
No matter what way you argue, your logic can be used both ways.
