not for druids…i can tell you right now the m+ items suck compared to the raid. and that’s not been traditionally true…SL & BfA m+ are examples of BiS gear in dungeons…DF not so much
minus a trinket or two, which is still debatable.
if you have any examples, please share though
It does create an even playing field for the first bit
Can I ask why do 2h cost twice as much as 1h? As a Fury we get really screwed over by the cap because our weapons cost so much.
If you want more people to feel like getting into PvP is accessible, I think you should also increase conquest gains from casual PvP sources. People who don’t PvP everyday or do rated PvP at all would be facing a pretty long and annoying conquest grind to catch up while facing people that significantly out gear them, even if they’re in full honor gear.
The first win of the day bonus in normal BGs for example could be changed to either be the conquest value at all times, or at least change it to first 7 wins of the week OR buff the base conquest amount and the first win amounts.
Alternatively, make the base conquest pieces much cheaper so you can get a full set quickly to be on an equal playing field in PvP, but increase the cost of upgrading conquest gear for PvE ilvl if you’re afraid people would AFK in PvP to get upgraded conquest gear for PvE.

Whether or not its microscopic is irrelevant to the fact that it’s still the best gear.
M+ loot is already Mythic raid quality, stuff is valor upgradeable to 415, M+ drops unlimited quantities of concentrated primal infusions to make 418 gear, and M+ great vault drops 421 gear.
The overwhelming majority of 421 & 418 gear in the game right now is from m+.
the m+ loot sucks…are you kidding?
it’s mostly itemization issues, but i’m pretty sure they did that intentionally…to see if people would raid
I didn’t think it needed to be explained why something that takes up 2 items slots is more expensive than something that takes one.
Casters have a thing where 1 level in a staff is equal to 1 level in a MH and an OH combined.
Think about it from Blizzard’s finance department’s point of view.
Don’t cap valor at the beginning of the season and have all the unemployed neckbeards unsubscribe in a month?
OR…
Cap valor and string them along in the season for 2.5 months?
Always follow the $$$ and you’ll find the logic.
Buff keystone loot. I want to see raiding breathe its final breath.

Time to get the Deep cuts chives and push 2400. Wish this happened about a month ago but about damn time.
You expect them to put all the resources that go into creating a raid, somewhere else?
Anywhere else at this point.
Great change! Now please never put the cap back in from now on
The pacing of this is a little off. Getting a measly 500 extra per week and then just uncapping it out of the blue. Would make sense to maybe give us 1000 per week and then uncap it a bit later
Idk I’m not complaining about the removal of the cap. It seems strange is all
I disagree. As a raider, I do NOT want to spend the first 2-3 weeks non stop farming valor because “progression”. And if you don’t have the time to non stop valor farm that early you WILL fall behind, creating an uneven playing field where your the lowest performer.

Didn’t you know? Broodkeeper always drops 6 Grieftorches every week. I read it on general discussion so it must be true.
Still asleep.
In WoW, quality is the end-all be-all. You can’t equip more than 16 pieces of loot. You guys can beat around the bush until the cows come home but the ultimate arbiter of what makes a source of loot better or worse is the quality. Raids in Classic had a pitiful amount of loot and yet raiding is universally understood as the end-all be-all of gearing in Classic because quality is what you care about in WoW. And we still live in a world where raids get exclusive access to tier for 1/2 each season and on the tail end have exclusive access to the highest quality of loot.
