Yes. I did, they said it was a problem with the game because I’m not having any other issues with my internet. youtube, amizon prime, and the like all work without disconnecting. They said there wasn’t anything else they can do for me.
I’m having a similar issue. My internet works fine on everything but 10 second lag for the TBC classic version of WoW. I hope this is resolved
this is the router they gave me
Askey RAC2V1K 802.11ac Wave 2 Wireless
My lag was caused by outdated version of Bartender 4. My lag was about 250-300ms before I updated Bartender 4. I normally play around 40-50ms. Can someone explain to me why an addon would cause lag? I just don’t understand how an addon like Bartender 4 would cause lag. Thanks.
thnks for the reply Gworr but I have removed all addons and my moms laptop never had any addons and they are both exhibiting the same issue. Now my laptop and her laptop are the only 2 devices on the 5g bandwidth and it doesn’t work even though there are no other devices access the 5g network.
The other thing I want to point out, make sure your modem is no older than 4 years old. I had to replace my modem recently which also was causing problems.
My modem is about 4 hrs old LOL Spectrum replaced it a few hrs ago. This is there new 1gbit router / modem combo.
Is this router any good??? ASUS RT-AX3000 Dual Band WiFi Router
Looks like the router has received good reviews. Have you updated the firmware on your routers?
I haven’t bought that router yet that was my next step but it’ll be a little while before I can buy it. the router I have doesn’t have a way to update the firmware its a spectrum router.
Do you have connection issues if you connect directly via cable?
Yes with both laptops even with the new modem I have the issue I can’t play for more then a min. or two before getting the 319 error.
Ugg…can’t help you out with that. Hopefully you get your problem resolved.
Hi Yukii
I read through this - looks like Wireless and I didn’t see anywhere that a Ethernet connection was tested. Have you tried a cable. Have you tried 2.4G wireless.
Ohh wait I see now you did test cable.
Yes I tried hard wired directly to the modem I had to restart the modem to get an ip address but I did bypass the router entirely via ethernet.
You mention this occurs with your mom’s notebook. Are those notebooks the same brand or model by chance. Some companies like to add bells and whistles network management software that can be nothing but trouble.
no one is msi the other is an tongfang (dell) laptop one has a 1060 video card and the other has a 2070.
What antivirus do you have there? Can you run a DXDiag system report then pastebin it:
The second section of page has DXDiag report instructions - we don’t require the MSinfo report.
That will be a wall of text. If you have issues pasting on the Forum here go ahead and put it up on pastebin.com. Provide the link code portion of the URL - example below.
(The green bold portion at the end of this example link: https://pastebin.com/Qk28Ed1P <=== this code)
Alternately you can place the link in a Preformatted Text box. Paste the link in the chatbox - then highlight it. Click the preformatted text button along the top of the chatbox - looks like this </>
Will look like this example afterwards:

I use Microsoft defender and nothing else
Nothing stands out there. What is the model of the notebook - should be on a sticker somewhere.
I saw mention you tried a VPN - have you tried a cellphone hotspot. You might even try a different VPN.
the model of this laptop that I’m on is OP-LP3 I’ll see if I can setup a hotspot and try it. I’ll brb
