I’m STILL having the issue the game is unplayable at this point. I also don’t believe its an ISP issue too many people from all over the place having this issue.
I’m sorry but my ISP doesn’t know a router from a hole in there head LOL I called them and got NO WHERE with this issue just more frustration. The retail game is unplayable at this point. I have no where to turn to if BLizzard and my ISP doesn’t know what to do to fix the issue lol.
Maybe someone in the community can help?? What do I do next???
I’ve tried Proton VPN and still same issue when using any server on the United States tab. Funny enough I can switch to oceanic servers and it works!!! No errors at all when on those servers. Also as I have stated before I can play classic, beta tbc, PTR, and now oceanic servers without issue. I called my ISP again and talked to level 3 tech support (after over an hr talking to many other people). and they assure me that it has to be on blizzards end. WELL of course they’re going to pass the buck but there must have been something that changed recently because I was able to play fine last week and this week I can’t. I even changed the DNS settings to 1.1.1.1 1.0.0.1 and still it wouldn’t work. So at this point I bypassed my router and plugged my laptop into the modem directly and STILL it will not work. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME!! AHHHH LOL.
There are several threads with this error so I’m not alone hopefully someone will take responsibility and get the issue fixed.
any help would be appreciated I can’t play the retail game at all it even disconnects at the toon selection screen now. I don’t even have to log into the game.

I’m sorry can you help me where should I be posting this at? a new thread or is there a thread that I should be replying too?? As you can see from my previous posts I’ve tried everything that has been suggested and I still can’t play retail.

Splitting these posts into it’s own thread. What you’re experiencing should not be related to the issue others reported on it, be it similar symptoms.
Taking a peek at the test you left us and it looks like it may be some network instability going on with your internet provider.
This spot in particular looks a bit odd. The good thing is that there isn’t any packet loss and just that latency fluctuations going on. Before getting too in-depth with this though could you explain what exactly is going on with the game? I know you had posted on the frequent disconnection thread, but is your issue the exact same problem (frequent disconnects) or is there any other behavior going on?
No other behavior going on I can play the PTR, Oceanic servers, classic, and TBC beta without any issues just retail wow doesn’t work I get the 319 error after about 1 to 2 min of logging into the game on any toon.
And you’ve tried removing the addon folder to rule out UI corruption issues?
I’m having the same issue as Yukii since last week, frequent disconnects. Unfortunately, I haven’t had time to troubleshoot with WinMTR yet. At this point, I’m working around the issue by connecting to a VPN server in Chicago but would like to get this resolved. The server is Aerie Peak. I’m also seeing the same problem in Hearthstone.
I am unable to play as well, i deleted all add ons I think but i have so much lag i cant move and I watch all These other players run around as blinks
Yes I have removed all addons (although I did put them back) and tried it without addons. it messed up my ui but who cares I can set everything back up the way it was later after I get this fixed

There’s definitely something going on in the network. You could try DMing your results to Spectrum on Twitter? Ultimately, even if we track down the connection issue, you still have to contact the ISP on your own.
I called Spectrum for the third time they are sending a tech out on friday to see what can be done. No idea what they can do but hey at least something is moving. Thanks for the help if you can leave this open until after friday. Thanks!!!

You’ll want to show them the WinMTR from your PC to demonstrate the issue quickly.
I have now uninstalled and reinstalled and it still is unplayable. What to do? i run about 10 seconds behind everything i try to do. Unplayable please help I am tired of the auto generated replies

If you’re not the [O]riginal [P]oster on this thread, please make your own or open a ticket with the staff. There’s no need to ping them as their issue is being worked on by their ISP.
So Spectrum was here for 3 hrs. checking this and that and they replaced my modem and my router. I connected my laptop and my moms laptop first and checked to see if I got the error and I still do on BOTH laptops. I have a new modem, router, all new lines (yea he ran a new line to my modem) A new hole in my wall LOL and still I have this issue. PLEASE HELP I LOVE YOU!!! LMAO
NEW UPDATE! I can not play the new BC that just came out either so I’m going to renew what works and doesn’t work.
I can play the PTR, TBC Beta, Classic, and Oceanic servers without any issues. I can NOT play retail wow, or the new BC option. within 1 min of trying to play either I get a 319 error.
Did you demonstrate this to them while they were at your home?
