No, I’m afraid not, Kysseild. The system can’t tell why you disconnected, only that you did. We’re not able to award or return points due to a disconnection, regardless of the reason.

That is likely why you were not able to submit a ticket. If our staff cannot help, there usually isn’t an option to submit a ticket. Sorry.

There are usually leaver penalties for various competitive play, but I wouldn’t say it is a “black mark” that remains with you. Most of those are based on continued behavior. If you do not continue to disconnect/drop from your matches, you shouldn’t have an issue.
